One of Larry Scott’s favourite exercise. The reverse hold barbell curls, inculcated specially to target the forearms & outer head of the biceps called the brachialis. 1-2 seconds to the positive movement & 2-3 seconds to the negative while a 2 second firm hold & squeeze at the peak contraction! Remember! There is no complete bicep development without building a noticeable outer bicep. This adds to the overall mass & appearance of your arms.
