Anyone else struggle to get people to understand how SUDDENLY celiac disease or food allergies can hit?? 😅😭I ate gluten for 17 years before I randomly started losing weight, having constant acid reflux and continuing to go downhill until I got a temporary feeding tube. 🥺 And I think one of the hardest unique challenges of celiac is that you can eat gluten for years without issues (or at least without issues you could see)…until you suddenly can’t.
